Water 1 liter
Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Green Chilly Sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp ( According to your taste )
LET’S START WITH TAKING A PAN ADDING 1 CUP WATER, CARROT AND BEANS, AND A PINCH OF SALT. BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES. DO NOT STAIN AND THROW THE LEFTOVER WATER AS WE WILL ADD IT TO SOUP LATER SO KEEP IT ASIDE IF IT’S LEFT.
ON ANOTHER SIDE TAKE A PRESSURE COOKER
PUT OIL AND HEAT IT A LITTLE. NOW ADD GARLIC STIR IT FOR 2 MINUTES AND THEN ADD ONION AND FRY A LITTLE ON HIGH FLAME, MAKE ONIONS PINK AND SHINY, DO NOT FRY TOO MUCH.
NOW ADD ALL CAPSICUM GREEN RED AND YELLOW AND ADD BROCCOLI IF AVAILABLE.
NOW ADD A PINCH OF AJINO MOTTO (OPTIONAL)
FRY IT FOR 5 MINUTES SO THAT THE VEGETABLE GETS SOFT AND IS PROPERLY COOKED. ADD BOILED PEAS AND CARROT WITHOUT WATER AND FRY FOR 2 MINUTES AGAIN.
ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE AND PEPPER POWDER TO IT.
NOW ADD WATER TO IT ACCORDING TO THE THICKNESS OF THE SOUP NEEDED BY YOU, ADD WATER ACCORDING TO. ADD BOILED CORN AT THIS TIME.
BRING IT TO A BOIL, TILL THAT TIME TAKE CORNFLOUR PUT A LITTLE WATER, AND MAKE A PASTE OF IT TO ADD TO SOUP.
ONCE THE SOUP STARTS BOILING START ADDING CORNFLOUR PASTE A LITTLE AT A TIME KEEP STIRRING IT CONTINUOUSLY AND SEE HOW MUCH THICK GRAVY YOU WANT. KEEP ADDING CORNFLOUR PASTE TILL THE TIME YOU GET YOUR DESIRED CONSISTENCY.
IF IT GETS THICKER AT THE TIME OF SERVING YOU CAN ADD HOT WATER TO IT.
NOW LOWER THE FLAME, ADD SOY SAUCE, GREEN CHILLY SAUCE, AND VINEGAR.
BRING IT TO BOIL AND COVER IT WITH A LID, KEEP IT ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 MINUTES.
