LET’S LEARN HOW TO BAKE AND MAKE A PIZZA BASE AT HOME WHEN THERE IS A NEED TO PREPARE A COMPLETE PIZZA AT HOME AS WE CAN’T ALWAYS EAT FROM OUTSIDE DUE TO HYGIENE AND HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES. HOME-MADE BASES AND PIZZA ARE ALWAYS HEALTHY CLEAN AND FRESH TO EAT.

LETS START THE ART OF BAKING THE SOFT AND HEALTHY PIZZA BASE AT HOME STEP BY STEP👇

GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 MEDIUM-SIZED PIZZA BASES) 
 
1 CUP WHITE FLOUR ( MAIDA )
HALF CUP YOGURT (DAHI)
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 BAKING POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
A PINCH OF SUGAR POWDER
OIL 2 TBSP
WHITE FLOUR (MAIDA) FOR ROLLING AND DUSTING.
LET’S START WITH PREHEATING YOUR OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES. TILL THEN KNEED YOUR DOUGH.
TAKE A BOWL PUT FLOUR IN IT
ADD BAKING SODA
BAKING POWDER
A PINCH OF SALT
A PINCH OF SUGAR.
MIX ALL THESE DRY INGREDIENTS
NOW ADD CURD 1 OR 2 SPOONS AND START KNEADING THE DOUGH LIKE YOU DO FOR YOUR CHAPATIS. THEN IF NEEDED ADD A LITTLE CURD TILL IT IS READY. YOU HAVE TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH.
ADD OIL TO IT AND KNEAD AGAIN. THEN KEEP IT ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES.
NOW KNEAD IT AGAIN FOR 2 MINUTES AND DIVIDE IT INTO 2 EQUAL PARTS.
ROLL THE BASE LIKE CHAPATI AND MAKE IT MEDIUM-SIZED BUT NOT TOO THIN. IF YOU CAN’T ROLL IT IN A ROUND SHAPE TAKE A SHARP BOWL OR A ROUND CUTTER TO CUT IT INTO A ROUND SHAPE 😀
PRICK IT ALL OVER WITH A FOLK LEAVING LITTLE DISTANCE.
NOW USE THE OVEN TRAY. SPRINKLE A LITTLE DRY FLOUR ON THE TRAY AND PUT BOTH YOUR ROLLED PIZZA BASES TOGETHER ON THE PLAIN TRAY OF THE OVEN.
REMEMBER TO PUT IT ON THE THIRD SHELF WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW.
NOW BAKE THE BASE FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES ON 200 DEGREES TEMPERATURE.  THEN TAKE IT OUT AND YOUR BASE IS READY TO MAKE A DELICIOUS PIZZA.
