First, take a bowl add maida, add salt, start kneading the dough using cold water. Add little water at a time till you get medium soft dough. Knead it for 5 to 7 minutes.  Cover it with a wet cloth. Keep it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Onion
Garlic finely grated
Coriander leaves

Sugar to control the moisture of the keema

Till then make your momos cooker ready. Add water in it and cover with the lid and let the water boil.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator and knead for a minute.

Take a small ball and using the rolling pin press it flat like Indian bread (chapati). Make thin sheets.

It is usually stretchy, use dry maida for rolling it.

Now add keema with a fork about 1 tbsp and then fold it to the other end. That is the basic style and quick to make. Then press it from the ends so that it should not open on heating. Now press the momos lightly so that keema spreads.

Do oil coating with the brush on your cookers tray and add momos. Around 6 to 7 medium size momos can be kept on a single tray.

Steam it on medium flame for 25 to 30 minutes
